    Investor / Facilitation Process For $1m & Above

    Below are the investor requirement for existing businesses / corporations

    Once your documents are submitted to us, we will review and do a due diligence

    We then lobby your interest to prospective investors enlisted with us

    In most cases you may be required to travel to the country the investor is at your own expense.

    Investor Facilitation Fees

    $500 – After connecting you with a suitable investor

    2% commission of investors funding payable after investor has committed funds.

    Certificate of incorporation/Registration of existing business

    Business permits and operating licenses

    Company Profile (Company History & Nature of Business)

    Project Details or Business Proposal / Reason for investor funding.

    Copy of Passport/ID for all directors

    Audited Accounts (for at least the last three financial years)

    Directors Profiles/Resume.

    Copy of Tax certificates

    Additional Required Documents For Real Estate Venture

    Approved architectural and structural plans

    Bill of quantities showing the cost of work per floor

    Copy of the title deed for the property

    Environmental impact assessment report

    Copy of Contract between Contractor and Borrower

    CV and licenses of the Contractor

    Copy of Contractors license
